About the Power Professional Directory

The Power Professional Directory was created to help you find professionals who can assist with the different facets of alternative-asset investing in your retirement account. When investing in alternative assets, such as real estate or promissory notes, it's important to work with professionals who can help you in a variety of ways—from creating an LLC to advise about prohibited transactions and how to avoid them.

The professionals in the Power Professional Directory are generally CPAs, attorneys, realtors and mortgage brokers, and financial advisors who have indicated that they provide investment or professional advisory services for self-directed IRAs or retirement plan accounts, and have an interest in being listed as a resource for PENSCO Trust Company, LLC clients.

PENSCO provides custodial and administrative services for self-directed IRAs and retirement accounts. As a custodian, we can't give investment, tax, legal or other advice, though we do have a wealth of educational information and resources. We also offer seminars and conduct educational events for professionals who are interested in self-directed investing, who in turn can help you.

Potential clients are advised to seek professional tax, legal and investment advice when choosing investments for their PENSCO accounts. Potential clients are advised however to perform their own due diligence when seeking professional advice, and not to rely solely on a professional's appearance on this list

Consent agreement

I agree that neither PENSCO Trust Company, LLC nor PENSCO, LLC.

  1. Evaluates, recommends, warrants, guarantees or otherwise endorses the legality, propriety, performance or reliability of any investment, service, statement, opinion or other representation of anyone listed in the Power Professional Directory or other service provider;
  2. Shall in any event be liable for any misinformation, misrepresentation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any wrongdoing of any Power Professional Directory member or other service provider;
  3. Has any agreement or arrangement with any Power Professional or other service provider with regard to any investment or service that may be provided to PENSCO Trust account owners or other investors;
  4. Has any financial arrangement or affiliation with any Power Professional or any service provider.

I agree that it is solely my decision, based on my own or other evaluations I may conduct, to choose to work with any Professional in the directory or any other service provider. Therefore, I agree PENSCO Trust Company, LLC and PENSCO, LLC. shall not be liable for any misrepresentation, misinformation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any other wrongdoing of any professional or other service provider. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless PENSCO Trust Company, LLC, PENSCO LLC, and its assigns, successors, officers, directors and agents, from any and all claims due to any consequences of any dealings with the Professionals in this directory or other service provider.
