In his current role leading PENSCO’s retail business development center, Taylor manages a team of talented phone representatives with a focus on an excellent client experience. He applies his deep knowledge of self-directed IRAs to educate prospective clients on the ins and outs of self-directed investing. He also manages PENSCO's professional relationships with CPAs, Attorneys, and Financial Advisors.
Prior to his current role, Taylor was the point of contact for independent RIA's, registered reps, and advisors looking to assist their clients with alternative asset investing. He joined PENSCO in 2012.
Taylor holds a B.S. from the Northeastern University. He is a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) with the American Bankers Association and a Self-Directed IRA Professional (SDIP) through the Retirement Industry Trust Association.
